For items discounted 20% or more, you may exchange or return for store credit. No refunds. All sale items are not eligible for our first risk-free return policy.
First Risk-Free Return Policy
Since they are underwear, we do not accept exchanges or returns on used items. But you can try your first pair for free for 30 days with your first order!
If the period underwear you ordered is not the right size, we will exchange it for a free pair within 30 days of receipt or provide you with a standard refund* (excluding original shipping costs).
If your order includes multiple pairs of period underwear, please open, wash and try only one pair. That way, if you don't like them, any unopened packages from the same order can be exchanged or received for store credit (excluding original shipping costs).
All unopened packages will be donated to local organizations to help those in need.

Use your order number and zip code to access the Returns and Exchanges portal.
Select the period panties you would like to exchange or refund. Tell us if you would like an exchange or refund and which items you did not like.
2a. If you ordered multiple pairs of period panties or other KT items, select each item you would like to exchange or refund and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once you have requested an exchange or refund for all of your desired items, click "Continue with Returns" at the bottom of the page.
Select a refund method (if you are processing a refund) and review the items for which you have submitted an exchange or return request.
Click "Submit" to submit your request or "Return" to change your selection.
5a. If a shipping label has been generated for your exchange or refund, use it to return any new, unopened items. Do not return used period panties. Under our First Risk-Free Returns Policy, we will still offer an exchange or refund for this panty, in addition to any new item returned to us.
Once your exchange or refund is approved, we will initiate your exchange process or issue a standard refund (excluding original shipping costs).

Reusable Sanitary Pads
No returns or exchanges.
Travel Bags
Return or exchange within 30 days from the date of shipment in the original, unopened condition.
Other
The following items are not returnable or exchangeable: free promotional gifts, free gifts with purchase, gift cards, and items purchased from third-party sellers.
For orders eligible for promotional gift cards: If you exchange any eligible item, you are still entitled to the promotional gift card. If you return any eligible item, the promotional gift card will be void at the time of your return.

Can I return or exchange items for a refund?
Your first order of Kt period panties is eligible for returns and exchanges under our "First Risk-Free Return Policy". Clothing and swimwear purchased through our website can be exchanged or returned for a refund if the item is new, unopened, and unworn. See the full policy above for more details.
Can you explain shipping costs?
For exchanges and refunds initiated through our Returns & Exchanges portal, we will cover all return shipping costs. Exchange orders initiated through our Returns & Exchanges portal also receive free shipping within the United States and Canada. Please note that the shipping costs of your original order are not refundable.
Do I need to send back the pair I tried on as part of the "Risk-Free Returns for First Pair" program?Policy?
No, please return new, unopened merchandise only. All unopened packaging will be donated to local organizations to support those in need.
